Leadership Excellence Programs

The CPN leaderships excellence series, for your junior though top level leaders, aims at achieving leadership excellence revolving around change, innovation and adding value while aligning participants towards your organization’s vision and values. As such, these programs provide both the know-how and understanding of the organizational and personal reasons for wanting to and become excellent - whether they may be seasoned or first-time leaders. Leadership excellence programs are conducted in 2 to 3 days and, depending on your needs, may cover modules in strategic planning, influencing & assertiveness, team & inter-personal realtionship building, change management, motivation, coaching, counselling & mentoring, personality (work strength) observation & modification, etc.

Communication Skills
Public speaking and presentation skill programs help participants become confident speakers whenever they find themselves infront of any type of audience, large or small. Speakers learn to control their nervousness, improve physical delivery, organize their thoughts, avoid distracting mannerisms and handle difficult people, situations or questions. At end of the program, participants become interesting, persuasive, influential and convincing speakers.

Negotiation Skills

This program helps participants to improve and refine their bargaining skills in a competitive and multi-cultural environment. Conducted as a workshop, it teaches participants to be and to look confident, to get prepared and to learn the techniques to enable mutual satisfactory agreement through active role-plays and actual case scenarios. The training tackles all the crucial aspects of knowing one’s limits, the bargaining process, conflict resolution, breaking deadlocks, overcoming threats, making concessions and creating lasting positive relationships.
Strategic Selling Skills

This program is customized to help your first-time or experienced salespeople in either or both business development and account maintenance. Participants learn a proven sales process and come to understand how to probe for and differentiate between a customer’s personal and organizational needs. This program employs a variety of selected case studies, role plays and exercises that show salespeople how to eventually gain customer loyalty. Where applicable, participants learn to maximize their lead generation, create compelling sales solutions to needs, write impactful correspondences, get in step with buyers more quickly, make a more effective sales presentation, develop a better selling personality, sell more creatively, eliminate objections before they come up and close more successfully. By program end, either in addition to or in the absence of a Sales Coach, participants learn how to manage their day-to-day activity in a more organized and productive manner.
Interpersonal Relationship Skills

This program helps your leaders and their team members become aware of their own traits, their personality differences and their work strengths so that communication with one another becomes harmonious and the ability to gain cooperation from or influence of others is made easier thus allowing the team to focus on their different roles to achieve their objectives and rather than on their personal differences.
