CPN Training Cycle
CPN Resources follow the widely used Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model originally designed by the military for conducting people development projects based on the 5-steps commonly known by the acronyms ADDIE or Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. An overview of the CPN training process cycle is diagrammed above. These steps are logically sequenced and ensure for you CPN’s practical approach to helping your company in conducting a training project. Some ISDs are linear and some circular. They both are, as in CPN’s training cycle, meant to accomplish the same thing: provide a roadmap for you to get better results!
What CPN Can Do For You ?
The CPN Training cycle is a roadmap that CPN Trainers adhere to very closely. It begins long before the training programs are conducted and continues even after the programs are completed. CPN Trainers have both the business and adult-training experience which are the required well-roundedness to effectively make use of and employ the training process ensuring your peoples’ knowledge, skills and behavioural development. As such, CPN provides development services more than as a Trainer and rather in a variety of roles such as a: Facilitator, Instructor, Corporate Trainer, Employee, Organizational Development Specialist, Curriculum Development Specialist, Career Coach, Chief Learning Officer, Continuous Learning Coach, Competency Expert, Performance Analyst, Performance Consultant, Technical Trainer, Workforce Diversity Director, etc. Contact our Marketing Consultants for a presentation to or a 'try out' session for your company.
